By fulfilling all the requirements of Directive 92/25/EEC and the Italian law (G.U. 190 of August, 14th, 1999) Mark Medical S.p.A. has obtained authorization from the Italian Health Authorities to handle and distribute pharmaceutical products for human use (Decree n°. 20 of 29/01/2002) outside the EU Countries and has extended such Authorization also for EU Countries (Decree n° 98 of 05/02/2004).
